
Heat oven to 350. In medium bowl combine oats, flour, and almonds. In large bowl beat butter & sugar until light and fluffy. Add almond extract, mix well. Stir in oats mixture, mixing well. Shape into 1" balls, roll in coconut. Place 1" apart on ungreased sheet. Bake 15 minutes until light brown. Cool. Lightly sift pwd sugar over cookies.
