1 bag butterscotch chips
1 cup peanuts, dry roasted, unsalted
2 cups chow mein noodles
Melt chips in microwave oven 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, stir
Add peanuts and noodles
Mix until coated
Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper, allow to cool
Good, easy cookie from Texas and served for any
occassion
