POTATOES
1 CAN (10 OZ.) DICED TOMATOES & GREEN CHILIES
(ROTEL)
2 CUPS WATER
2 CUPS MILK
1 CUP CUBED LITE VELVEETA
Combine potatoes, sauce packet, tomatoes and water.
Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or
until potatoes are tender. Add milk and cheese and stir until cheese
melts. Freezes well – can double.
