Pecan Puffs-unknown

2 T. Sugar
½ cup butter
1 t. vanilla
1 cup ground pecans
1 cup cake flour

Blend butter until creamy, add sugar, beat until blended, add vanilla.  Mix pecans and flour, stir completely into butter mixture.  Roll into balls or us small cookie scoop.  Placed on greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.  Roll in powdered sugar when warm enough to handle and again when cooled.
